Are the classes suitable for beginners?
Yes, they are suitable for beginners. In the groups we work with people without any gymnastics expirience, as well as those who have trained in their childhood, but have stopped afterwards. The level of difficulty is tailored to each individual’s ability. We also take into account your injuries (if you have any) that we need to know, to work in the most effective way. The goal is to improve the way you move, your physical qualities, and to learn new skills instead of aimless exercises without a correlation between them and without clear application.
Do I need to sign-up in advance?
No sign-up in advance is required, you can visit us at any time. You can see our timetable here
Can I use Multisport, Sodexo cards?
We don’t work with Multisport and Sodexo.
How big are the groups?
The groups are between 8-12 people.
