These classes are for total beginners, adult gymnasts, regardless of your age. If, for one reason or another, in your childhood you didn’t have the opportunity to expirience this amazing sport, you should know that it’s never too late to challenge yourself.

The classes include gymnastics specific fundamental movements and body shaping, getting familliar with the four women’s and six men’s apparatus. We learn basic exercises such as handstands, bridges, forward and backward rolls, and more. For total beginners, we have selected progressions that will build a solid foundation for the safe execution of the exercises as well as the learning of more complex skills.

To prepare the body we use specific exercises to develop joint mobility and muscle flexibility.
